Too often in our fast paced society I find my focus on what’s next. I’m constantly looking to the future trying to plan things and figure them out. God revealed to me the real question I should be asking is, “What’s now?” What is going in my life right now? Because if I am not completely poured out at the feet of Jesus today, encountering him in a deep and heartfelt way- if I don’t pursue him in this moment as air for my soul, the very essence of everything meaningful and sustaining in life, then tomorrow will be just as meaningless as today.
